What will you do as a Receptionist at Inntel Hotels?

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience. Even during busy moments, you remain calm and attentive, assisting each guest with enthusiasm and care. Whether it’s arranging a taxi, providing directions, or recommending the best local restaurants, you’re always ready to help.

You’re not just familiar with the city’s highlights, you also know the hidden gems only locals talk about. With your insider tips, our guests enjoy unforgettable city trips. Happy and satisfied guests: that’s what drives you!

What you'll enjoy doing:

  • Welcoming guests with a smile during check-in and check-out;

  • Providing information about the hotel’s facilities;

  • Sharing great tips about both popular and lesser-known local spots;

  • Handling new reservations and entering them into the system outside office hours.

You are:

  • Passionate about offering guests a warm and personal welcome;

  • Hospitable and attentive to guests’ needs;

  • Energetic and well-presented;

  • Able to stay composed during busy times, such as multiple check-ins or guest inquiries;

  • Flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends (you can indicate your preferences in our scheduling app);

  • Available for a full-time position;

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).

  • A salary between €2443,95 - €2958,82 (based on full-time), depending on experience;

  • Option for a flexible zero-hour or part-time contract;

Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark has a bold and contemporary character, inspired by the area’s industrial heritage. It’s the perfect place to stay overnight, enjoy a delicious meal at Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, host business events, or completely unwind at Spa Steam.

Our wellness centre features a swimming pool, Turkish steam bath, sauna, and massage room. All of our luxury room types are equipped with a signature round bubble bath and/or a private sauna, offering guests a truly relaxing experience.
