Which personal data for which purposes
We process data of hotel guests, website visitors, suppliers, employees, freelancers, interns, and applicants. We do not process more personal data than necessary for the purposes listed below.

Information regarding a reservation, stay, or visit to a hotel;
Participation in a loyalty program;
Information regarding the purchase and receipt of products or services;
Personal characteristics; nationality, passport number with place and date of issue;

Invoice and account details associated with (mobile) invoicing;
Guest preferences; marketing and communication preferences;
Groups the guest was associated with during their stay at our hotels.

Legal basis for processing
We mainly use your personal data for the provision of our services (performance of the contract with you), unless you have chosen to provide certain personal data to us (consent), or there is a legal obligation to process your personal data. Given consent can always be withdrawn.
Purpose of processing

Making reservations;
Processing payments;

To contact you if necessary to perform our services;

We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Inntel Hotels remains responsible for these processing activities.
