General Questions
  • Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks to the hotel room?

    You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the hotel room. There are also vending machines in the hallway with a variety of snacks and drinks.

  • Can I buy an Inntel Hotels gift card?

    Yes, it is possible to buy an Inntel Hotels gift card at the reception of our hotels. You can load any amount of your choice onto the card.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed in the hotels.

  • What is the minimum age to stay?

    When making a reservation, all guests must be at least 18 years old. Minor guests must always stay with a parent or guardian.

  • Are service dogs allowed?

    Service dogs are allowed. We only ask for proof of their status as a service dog.

  • Can I smoke in the hotel?

    No, smoking is not allowed in the hotels. All hotel rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Anyone caught smoking will be fined € 150. Smoking is permitted outside the hotels in designated areas.

  • Do the hotels offer meeting and event spaces?

    Yes, each hotel has an elevator that allows you to reach all floors.

Service
  • Can the hotel arrange a babysitter?

    No, the hotel cannot arrange a babysitter for you.

  • Is there a laundry service available?

    Yes, the hotel offers a laundry service. Please ask the reception team about the options and costs during your stay.

Arrival & Departure
  • Is it possible to check in earlier?

    You can request an earlier check-in time through our reservations department, subject to availability. Please note that this request cannot be guaranteed. If the room is not ready yet, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.

  • Is it possible to check out later?

    You can ask at the reception on the day of departure if a late check-out is possible. They can inform you based on availability. Additional charges apply.

  • From what time can I check in?

    Check-in at Inntel Hotels is available from 3:00 PM.

  • Is it possible to check in late at night?

    Yes, it is possible to check in late. We do ask that you provide the hotel with your expected arrival time.

  • Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

    Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.

  • What time do I need to check out?

    Check-out at Inntel Hotels is until 11:00 AM.

Rooms
  • Do the rooms have coffee and tea facilities?

    Yes, our rooms have coffee and tea facilities.

  • Do the rooms have a refrigerator?

    All rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator that you can use as needed. The refrigerator is not stocked, so you have enough space to keep your own food and drinks cool. Craving a refreshing drink or a snack? You’ll find a vending machine in the hotel with a variety of cold drinks and snacks.

  • Is the safe in the rooms large enough for a laptop?

    The safe is large enough for an average-sized laptop. Most laptops have a screen size between 13 and 15 inches (approximately 33 to 38 cm diagonal).

  • Does the hotel have good free Wi-Fi in the rooms?

    Yes, all hotels offer free and stable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.

  • Are taxes included in the room rate?

    Please check the booking details of your reservation. For bookings made through the Inntel Hotels website, the tourist tax is not included.

  • Can children stay in the room for free?

    There may be charges depending on the child's age. Please contact the reservations department for more information.

  • Am I allowed to take my bicycle to the room?

    It is not allowed to take a bicycle to the room.

  • Do the hotels have smoking rooms?

    Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel.

Restaurant & Bar
  • What kind of breakfast is served?

    The hotel offers an extensive international breakfast buffet with sparkling wine, orange juice, warm bread rolls, and a variety of toppings.

  • Do you have any allergies?

  • Is room service available?

    Yes, you can use room service. The reception will be happy to bring a menu to your room upon request. The cost for room service is € 12.50 plus the cost of your order.

  • Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?

    Yes, you can have breakfast in your room for an additional charge of € 12,50 plus the cost of the breakfast.

Location
  • Does the hotel offer a transfer service?

    Inntel Hotels does not have a transfer service, but we can arrange a taxi for you to the desired location.

  • Are taxis available at the hotels?

    The reception or concierge will be happy to assist you in arranging a taxi.

  • Are there charging points for electric cars at the hotel?

    Most public parking garages have charging points for electric cars. Please visit the website of the recommended parking garage for more information.

Booking & Payment
  • I have a gift card. How can I make a reservation with it?

    You can redeem a gift card by contacting the reservations department of the desired hotel.
    This can be done by phone via +31 (0) 70 217 0710 or by email at reservationsdenhaag@inntelhotels.nl.
    It is not possible to use the Inntel Hotels gift card when booking a room online. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • The gift card must be physically presented as a method of payment.

    • The gift card can be used as a means of payment for overnight stays and restaurant expenses in the hotel.

    • The minimum value of a gift card is € 50,-.

    • A gift card can be redeemed at all Inntel Hotels.

    • The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

  • Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

    You can contact our reservations department. They can make a reservation for you by phone or email. After the reservation, you will receive a payment link. For more information, check the frequently asked questions of the hotel where you are staying.

  • I have received a payment link. How does it work?

    With a payment link, you can securely pay online. You will receive the link by email. When you click on it, you will be redirected to your bank's website. There, you can log in and approve the payment. Once we have received the payment, your reservation is confirmed.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    Yes, please let the reception know at check-out that you would like an invoice. They will prepare it for you.

  • I have booked a non-refundable rate. Can I still change or cancel my reservation?

    With a non-refundable rate, you have chosen a special offer with strict conditions. This means that the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception in this case.

  • I booked through another website and want to change or cancel my reservation. How do I do this?

    Reservations made through external booking sites can only be changed or cancelled through the same website.

  • How long does it take for my deposit to be refunded to my credit card?

    It may take up to 5 business days for the deposit to be refunded to your credit card, depending on your bank.

  • How can I pay?

    For a reservation made through our website, you will need a credit card. For payments via IDEAL, please contact the hotel.

    If you book with a Prepay & Save rate, payments can also be made via IDEAL and UnionPay.
