    You can check in from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

    You can request an earlier check-in time based on availability through our reservations department. This request cannot be guaranteed. If the room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.

  • Can I check in late in the evening?

    You can check in later. However, we ask that you inform the hotel of your expected arrival time.

  • Is it possible to check out later?

    You can ask at the reception on the day of departure if it is possible to check out later. They will inform you if this is possible, depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • What is the cost of a late check-out?

    Until 12:00, it costs € 20,-

    When making a reservation, all guests must be at least 18 years old. Minor guests must always stay with a parent or guardian.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed in the hotels.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks to the hotel room?

    You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the hotel room. There are also vending machines in the hallway with a variety of snacks and drinks.

  • Are assistance dogs allowed?

    Assistance dogs are allowed. We do ask for proof of their status as an assistance dog.

  • Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel?

    No, smoking is not allowed in the hotel. All hotel rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Anyone who smokes will be fined € 150. Smoking is allowed outside the hotel in designated areas.

  • Am I allowed to bring my bike to the room?

    It is not allowed to bring your bike to your room.

  • Can I purchase an Inntel Hotels gift card?

    Yes, it is possible to purchase an Inntel Hotels gift card at the reception of our hotels. You can load any amount of your choice.

  • I don't have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?

    You can contact our reservations department. They can make a reservation for you by phone or email. After the reservation, you will receive a payment link. You can reach our reservations department at reservationsdenhaag@inntelhotels.nl or +31 (0) 702170710.

  • I have received a payment link. How does it work?

    With a payment link, you can pay securely online. You will receive the link by email. When you click on it, you will be redirected to your bank's website. There, you can log in and approve the payment. Once we have received the payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

  • Are taxes included in the room price?

    Please check the reservation details of your bookings. For bookings made via the Inntel Hotels website, the tourist tax is not included.

  • What is the tourist tax?

    In The Hague, the tourist tax is € 6.20 per person per night.

  • Is it necessary to pay a deposit or prepayment?

  • Can I receive an invoice?

    Yes, please make your request at the reception when checking out, and they will prepare an invoice for you.

  • How long does it take for the deposit to be returned to my credit card?

    It may take up to 5 working days for the deposit to appear back on your credit card, depending on your bank.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    To make a reservation through our website, a credit card is required. For payments via iDEAL, please contact our reservations department at reservationsdenhaag@inntelhotels.nl.

    When booking with a Prepay & Save rate, payments can also be made via iDEAL and Union Pay.

    The rooms in the hotel equipped with a bubble bath are: the Spa Room, the Wellness Room, and the Wellness Suite. The Wellness Rooms also feature a private sauna.

  • Are there rooms with a separate sleeping area?

    There are no rooms with a separate sleeping area. However, the suites have a sofa in the room, and some include a small seating area.

  • Can children sleep in the room for free?

    There may be charges depending on the age of the child.

  • Do the hotel rooms have king-size beds?

  • Do the hotel rooms have a separate shower in addition to a bath?

    Yes, the Spa and Wellness rooms feature a bubble bath by the window and a separate bathroom with a shower. Our other room types do not have a bathtub in the bathroom.

  • Do the hotel rooms have an iron and ironing board?

    Several room types are equipped with an iron and ironing board. If your room does not have one, you can contact the reception. The team will bring it to your room as soon as possible.

  • Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

    All rooms in our hotel are equipped with air conditioning.

  • Can streaming be done on the TVs?

    Each room is equipped with a Google Chromecast, allowing you to easily stream your favorite movies, series, and music from your own device.

  • Is the safe in the rooms large enough for a laptop?

    The safe is large enough for an average laptop. Most standard laptops have a screen size between 13 and 15 inches (approximately 33 to 38 cm diagonal).

    No, there are no rooms with a kitchen in the hotel.

  • I would like a room on a high floor, is this possible?

    All hotel guests can use the bike parking at Q-Park Strandweg. Your room key gives automatic access to the second door of the parking area. During the day, the first door is open. At night, you can only enter with an entry card or QR code (available at our reception).

    Please note: Use of the parking is at your own risk.

  • Can I rent a bike at the hotel?

    Bikes are subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.

  • Can I buy public transport tickets at the reception?

  • Are there parking options for larger vehicles/buses?

    Is your vehicle taller than 2 meters? Then you cannot park at Q-Park Strandweg. We recommend parking at the Zwarte Pad parking lot. This lot is located at the end of the Scheveningen boulevard, 3.5 km from the hotel.

  • I have reserved a room with a non-refundable rate – can I still change or cancel my reservation?

    By choosing a non-refundable rate, you agreed to the condition that this reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

  • I booked an overnight stay through another website and would like to change/cancel my reservation. How can I do this?

    Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach serves an extensive international breakfast buffet with bubbles, including orange juice, warm rolls, and various types of toppings.

  • What kind of dishes does the restaurant serve?

    The attached bar & brasserie Willem I offers a wide variety of dishes. On the menu, you will find various salads, meat, and fish dishes.

  • I have booked an overnight stay including dinner, what do I get?

    You will receive a three-course surprise menu from the chef. Any allergens and/or dietary preferences can be communicated to us (preferably in advance) via fbdenhaag@inntelhotels.nl.

  • Can I order room service?

    Yes, it is possible to order room service. You can find the room service menu via the QR code on the information card in your room. The room service fee is € 12.50 plus the cost of your order.

  • Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?

    Yes, room service breakfast is available daily and must be ordered the day before by 11:00 PM. A room service fee of € 12.50 will be charged.

  • What are the bar hours?

    Monday to Sunday - 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

    The reception also sells various alcoholic beverages after the bar has closed.

  • What are the lunch hours?
