  • Is it possible to check in earlier?

    You can request an earlier check-in time based on availability through our reservations department. This request cannot be guaranteed. If the room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.

  • Is it possible to check out later?

    You can ask at the reception on the day of departure if it is possible to check out later. They will inform you if this is possible, depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • Can I check in late in the evening?

    You can check in later. However, we ask that you inform the hotel of your expected arrival time.

  • Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

    You can leave your luggage at the reception, both before check-in and after check-out.

  • What is the cost of a late check-out?

    Until 12:00, it costs € 20,-
    Until 13:00, it costs € 40,-
    Until 14:00, it costs € 60,-
    Until 15:00, it costs € 80,-

  • What are the check-in and check-out times during my stay?

    You can check in from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

  • What is the minimum age to stay?

    When making a reservation, all guests must be at least 18 years old. Minor guests must always stay with a parent or guardian.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks to the hotel room?

    You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the hotel room. There are also vending machines in the hallway with a variety of snacks and drinks.

  • What is the minimum age to stay?

    When making a reservation, all guests must be at least 18 years old. Minor guests must always stay with a parent or guardian.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed in the hotels.

  • Am I allowed to bring my bike to the room?

    It is not allowed to bring your bike to your room.

  • Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel?

    No, smoking is not allowed in the hotel. All hotel rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Anyone who smokes will be fined € 150. Smoking is allowed outside the hotel in designated areas.

  • Are assistance dogs allowed?

    Assistance dogs are allowed. We do ask for proof of their status as an assistance dog.

  • Can I purchase an Inntel Hotels gift card?

    Yes, it is possible to purchase an Inntel Hotels gift card at the reception of our hotels. You can load any amount of your choice.

Payment
  • I have received a payment link. How does it work?

    With a payment link, you can pay securely online. You will receive the link by email. When you click on it, you will be redirected to your bank's website. There, you can log in and approve the payment. Once we have received the payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

  • Can I receive an invoice?

    Yes, please make your request at the reception when checking out, and they will prepare an invoice for you.

  • Are taxes included in the room price?

    Please check the reservation details of your bookings. For bookings made via the Inntel Hotels website, the tourist tax is not included.

  • How long does it take for the deposit to be returned to my credit card?

    It may take up to 5 working days for the deposit to appear back on your credit card, depending on your bank.

  • I don't have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?

  • Is it necessary to pay a deposit or prepayment?

  • What is the tourist tax?

    In Amsterdam, the tourist tax is 12.5% of the net room rate per night.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    To make a reservation through our website, a credit card is required. For payments via iDEAL, please contact our reservations department at reservationslandmark@inntelhotels.nl.

    When booking with a Prepay & Save rate, payments can also be made via iDEAL and Union Pay.

  • Does the hotel have a business center or a print/copy service?

    Guests can email the document they wish to print. It will be printed for you and can be collected at the front office.

    Yes, every floor can be reached by elevator.

  • Do the rooms have a refrigerator?

    All rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator that you can use as you wish. The refrigerator is not stocked, so you have enough space to keep your own food and drinks cool. Feeling like a refreshing drink or a snack? The hotel has a vending machine with various cold drinks and snacks.

  • Do the rooms have coffee and tea facilities?

    Our rooms are equipped with coffee and tea facilities.

  • Do the hotel rooms have an iron and ironing board?

    Several room types are equipped with an iron and ironing board. If your room does not have one, you can contact the reception. The team will bring it to your room as soon as possible.

  • Is the safe in the rooms large enough for a laptop?

    The safe is large enough for an average laptop. Most standard laptops have a screen size between 13 and 15 inches (approximately 33 to 38 cm diagonal).

  • Can streaming be done on the TVs?

    Each room is equipped with a Google Chromecast, allowing you to easily stream your favorite movies, series, and music from your own device.

  • Can children sleep in the room for free?

    There may be charges depending on the age of the child.

  • Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

    All rooms in our hotel are equipped with air conditioning.

  • Are there rooms with a separate sleeping area?

    There are no rooms with a separate sleeping area. However, the suites have a sofa in the room, and some include a small seating area.

  • Do the hotel rooms have a separate shower in addition to a bath?

    All rooms with a bubble bath have a separate shower.

  • Do the hotel rooms have king-size beds?

  • Does the hotel provide baby cots?

  • Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

    Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel.

  • I would like a room on a high floor, is this possible?

  • Which rooms have a double bed?

    Our City Comfort Room, City Double Panorama Room, Spa Room, Wellness Room, Wellness Panorama Room and Wellness Suite feature a double bed. The other rooms have either two separate beds or offer a choice between both bed types.

  • Which rooms have a bubble bath?

    The rooms in the hotel equipped with a bubble bath are: the Spa Room, the Wellness Room, and the Wellness Suite. The Wellness Rooms also feature a private sauna.

  • What room types does the hotel offer?

  • Are the rooms suitable for people with allergies?

    The housekeeping team follows strict hygiene protocols and does its utmost to prepare the hotel rooms as clean as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the rooms are allergy-free.

    You can park in the nearby Q-Park Oostenburg. By reserving a parking ticket online in advance, you can park at a reduced rate.

  • Do you offer audiovisual equipment?

    Each meeting room is equipped with standard audiovisual tools, such as a large TV screen or projector with screen, microphones, and a flip chart. If you need additional or specialized equipment, we will gladly arrange it through our technical partner.

  • Is technical support available during a meeting?

    Our staff is happy to assist you with the use of the equipment. When renting additional equipment, we provide instructions, and our technical support remains available during the event.

  • Are the spaces accessible for people with disabilities?

    Yes, our meeting and event spaces are barrier-free and accessible. Adapted restrooms are also available. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have specific needs or requirements. We’re happy to accommodate.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks to the hotel room?

    When booking an event, we require a deposit. The full payment is made in two installments, with the final payment due no later than one month before the event.

  • Is exclusivity possible for my group or event?

  • What is the ceiling height in the meeting rooms?

    The standard ceiling height is approximately 3.20 meters.

  • Where can I park my car?

  • I booked an overnight stay through another website and would like to change/cancel my reservation. How can I do this?

    Reservations made through external booking websites can only be changed or cancelled through the same website.

  • I have a gift card. How can I make a reservation with it?

    You can redeem a gift card by contacting the reservations department of the desired hotel. This can be done by phone at +31(0)202272550 or by email at reservationslandmark@inntelhotels.nl.

    It is not possible to use the Inntel Hotels gift card when booking a room online. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • The gift card must be physically presented as a payment method.

    • The gift card can be used as a payment method for overnight stays and restaurant expenses in the hotel.

    • A gift card has a minimum value of € 50,-.

    • The gift card can be redeemed at all Inntel Hotels.

    • The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

    You will receive a three-course surprise menu from the chef. Any allergens and/or dietary preferences can be communicated to us (preferably in advance) via fbsvlandmark@inntelhotels.nl.

  • Can I order room service?

    Yes, it is possible to order room service. You can find the room service menu via the QR code on the information card in your room. The room service fee is € 12.50 plus the cost of your order.

  • Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?

    Yes, room service breakfast is available daily and must be ordered the day before by 11:00 PM. A room service fee of € 12.50 will be charged.

  • What are the lunch hours?

    Monday to Sunday - 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • What are the breakfast hours?

    Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 10:30 AM
    Saturday & Sunday – 07:30 to 11:00 AM

  • What are the bar hours?

    After the bar closes, the reception also sells various drinks.

  • Does the hotel have its own restaurant?

    Sunday through Thursday - 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    Friday & Saturday - 17:00 to 22:00 hours

  • What kind of dishes does the restaurant serve?

    The associated Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor offers a wide variety of dishes. The menu includes a variety of salads, meat and fish dishes.

  • What wellness facilities are available at the hotel?

    Our Spa Steam is equipped with a swimming pool, Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna, Life Fitness gym, and a separate room for massages and beauty treatments.

  • What are the opening hours of the wellness?

    Spa Steam is open from Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 23:00.
