Article 1 General

1.1 These General Terms and conditions apply to the loyalty program Dreams & More, executed by Inntel Hotels in participating hotels.

1.2 The Dreams & More program (hereinafter called: “Dreams & More”) rewards guests who frequently stay at Inntel Hotels and tightens the relationship between the individual hotels and their guests and endeavors to create loyalty to the brand Inntel Hotels.

1.3 All Inntel Hotels participate in Dreams & More.

1.4 These General Terms and Conditions supersede and replace all previous terms and conditions and can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.

Article 2 Dreams & More Membership

2.1 Only persons aged 18 years and older may register as a member of Dreams & More, and each person may become a member only once.

2.2 To apply for a Dreams & More membership number, the applicant must stay at least 1 night at Inntel Hotels. Registration can only be completed in person at one of the participating hotels, or by registering via the Inntel Hotels website.

2.3 Each Dreams & More member is responsible for the accuracy of their personal details. The member is obliged to inform Inntel Hotels of any changes in name, address, etc.

2.4 Each Dreams & More member receives access to a digital customer card.

2.5 The Dreams & More member is personally responsible for proving their membership. Inntel Hotels is under no obligation at any time to register forgotten bookings retrospectively.

Article 3 Membership discontinuation

3.1 A membership account may be closed at the sole discretion of Inntel Hotels if no Dreams & More points are accrued during a twenty-four (24) month period. All Dreams & More points in the account will be forfeited at that time.

3.2 The Dreams & More member may terminate his/her Dreams & More membership at any moment in time. All Dreams & More points in the account will be forfeited at that time.

3.3 The Dreams & More membership, including any reward certificates or any voucher that has been issued to a member may be revoked or suspended at Inntel Hotels’ discretion  if accounts have not been settled at any of the participating hotels.

Article 4 Dreams & More points

4.1 A Dreams & More member is eligible to receive Dreams & More points for his/her stays in participating hotels at eligible rates (see 4.4).

4.2 The following charges do not qualify for Dreams & More points: all taxes applied to the room rate which are not included in the original selling price, parking fees and external rented items.

4.3 Dreams & More points cannot be changed into points for other loyalty programs or the other way around.

4.4 Eligible rates for Dreams & More points:

All rates, booked directly at the participating hotels (by Phone, e-mail, or through own websites) are eligible rates.

NOT eligible are:

• Wholesale & FIT Rates

• 3rd part Internet Rates

• Travel Agent Rates

• The discount via Dreams & More cannot be combined with other promotions

4.5 Dreams & More points will not be earned for a booking made prior to the date the member’s application was processed as shown in the records of Inntel Hotels. No retroactive credit will be given.

4.6 No other person except the Dreams & More member may earn Dreams & More points for his/her account. Dreams & More points claimed by two Dreams & More members will only be awarded to one of them.

4.7 Only the rate of the room the Dreams & More member is staying in is eligible for Dreams & More points.

4.8 For every Euro spent on room charge, the Dreams & More member will receive 5 points. This amount can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.

4.9 Dreams & More points can be redeemed at all participating hotels for all products and services provided by the participating hotels.

4.10 Dreams & More points are awarded upon check out. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ask for points upon check out. No retroactive credit will be given.

4.11 Received Dreams & More points can be used during a following stay.

4.12 Inntel Hotels remains entitled to debit the account of a member that has received points as a result of fraud.

4.13 A Dreams & More member can save a maximum of 50.000 points to his/her membership card without spending points.

4.14 Received Dreams & More points are valid during a period of maximum 2 years.

Article 5 Redeem Dreams & More points

5.1 Dreams & More members can spend Dreams & More points on all products and services provided by participating hotels.

The rate of exchange will be determined by Inntel Hotels. The rate of exchange can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.

5.2 Lost, stolen or expired points or vouchers will not be refunded, replaced or extended.

Article 6 Privacy statement

6.1 In order to keep the Dreams & More member apprised of his/her Dreams & More membership state of account, Inntel Hotels will send the Dreams & More member information on the Dreams & More program such as but not limited to periodic statements of the members account, information necessary for administration purposes, marketing materials from Inntel Hotels which will inform the Dreams & More member of special offers and products that Inntel Hotels believes to be of interest to the Dreams & More member.

By participating in the Dreams & More program, the member has consented to receive all of the types of information described above. However, the Dreams & More member may at any time revoke his consent and `opt out’ of such mailings and direct marketing activities.
