    Pets are not allowed in the hotels.

    You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the hotel room. There are also vending machines in the hallway with a variety of snacks and drinks.

  • Can I receive an invoice?

    Yes, please make your request at the reception when checking out, and they will prepare an invoice for you.

  • Are taxes included in the room price?

    Please check the reservation details of your bookings. For bookings made via the Inntel Hotels website, the tourist tax is not included.

  • I have received a payment link. How does it work?

    With a payment link, you can pay securely online. You will receive the link by email. When you click on it, you will be redirected to your bank's website. There, you can log in and approve the payment. Once we have received the payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

  • How long does it take for the deposit to be returned to my credit card?

    It may take up to 5 working days for the deposit to appear back on your credit card, depending on your bank.

  • I don't have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?

    The safe is large enough for an average laptop. Most standard laptops have a screen size between 13 and 15 inches (approximately 33 to 38 cm diagonal).

    Hotel rooms with bubble baths are: the Founders Junior Suite and the Founders Suite. These rooms additionally have a private sauna.

    Our Craft Deluxe Room, Factory Design Room and suites have a double bed. Our other rooms have two twin beds.

  • Are the rooms suitable for people with allergies?

    Is your vehicle taller than 2 meters? Then you cannot park in the Q-Park next to the hotel. We recommend that you park at Parking Lot Ebbehof, at Ebbehout 1, 1507 EA Zaandam. This parking lot is located on the other side of the station, a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

  • Can I decorate the space myself?

  • I have reserved a room with a non-refundable rate – can I still change or cancel my reservation?

    By choosing a non-refundable rate, you agreed to the condition that this reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

  • I booked an overnight stay through another website and would like to change/cancel my reservation. How can I do this?

    Reservations made through external booking websites can only be changed or cancelled through the same website.

  • I have a gift card. How can I make a reservation with it?

    You can redeem a gift card by contacting the reservations department of the desired hotel. This can be done by phone at +31(0)756311711 or by email at reservationszaandam@inntelhotels.nl.

    It is not possible to use the Inntel Hotels gift card when booking a room online. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?

    Yes, room service breakfast is available daily and must be ordered the day before by 11:00 PM. A room service fee of € 12.50 will be charged.

  • Can I order room service?

    Yes, it is possible to order room service. You can find the room service menu via the QR code on the information card in your room. The room service fee is € 12.50 plus the cost of your order.

  • What kind of breakfast is served?

    Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Zaandam serves an extensive international breakfast buffet with bubbles including orange juice, warm rolls and various toppings.

  • What kind of dishes does the restaurant serve?

    The accompanying restaurant Puur Saen offers a wide variety of dishes. On the menu you will find different salads, meat and fish dishes.

    The wellness center only provides towels.

    The Wellness Club is open Monday through Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.
