Are the spaces accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, our meeting and event spaces are barrier-free and accessible. Adapted restrooms are also available. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have specific needs or requirements. We’re happy to accommodate.
Are there opportunities to park with larger vehicles/buses?

Is your vehicle taller than 2 meters? Then you cannot park in the Q-Park next to the hotel. We recommend that you park at Parking Lot Ebbehof, at Ebbehout 1, 1507 EA Zaandam. This parking lot is located on the other side of the station, a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
Can I decorate the space myself?

You are welcome to bring your own decorations or have us take care of it. Please let us know in advance so we can work together to create a beautiful setup.

Is a deposit or security required?

When booking an event, we require a deposit. The full payment is made in two installments, with the final payment due no later than one month before the event.
Is exclusivity possible for my group or event?

Is technical support available during a meeting?

Our staff is happy to assist you with the use of the equipment. When renting additional equipment, we provide instructions, and our technical support remains available during the event.

We offer the ability to host meetings for groups from 2 to 300 people. Our meeting rooms are flexible and have movable walls, so we can make the rooms larger or smaller depending on the size of your event.
Where can I park my car?

You can park at Q-Park De Hermitage. By reserving a parking ticket online in advance, you can park at a reduced rate.
