Gifts & More
Article 1 General
1.1 These General Terms and conditions apply to the loyalty program Gifts & More, executed by Inntel Hotels in participating hotels.
1.2 The Gifts & More program (hereinafter called: “Gifts & More”) rewards bookers who frequently book hotel rooms at Inntel Hotels and tightens the relationship between the individual hotels and their bookers and endeavours to create loyalty to the brand Inntel Hotels.
1.3 All Inntel Hotels participate in Gifts & More.
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions supersede and replace all previous terms and conditions and can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.
Article 2 Gifts & More Membership
2.1 Only individuals of 18 years and older may register as Gifts & More members and each individual may only maintain one account.
2.2 To apply for Gifts & More membership, the applicant will complete the online subscription form on www.inntelhotels.nl. Members that do not book for corporate reasons and cannot provide a company address will not be accepted as member.
2.3 If the booker also is also guest and/or registered as Dreams & More member the booker/guest is excluded from Gifts & More.
2.4 Each Gifts & More member is responsible for the accuracy of his/her personal data. If changes in names, addresses etc. occur a Gifts & More member is obliged to inform Inntel Hotels.
2.5 Each Gifts & More member will be provided with user identification and a password to gain access to a restricted part of www.inntelhotels.nl. The content of this restricted area is confidential and is provided only to this Gifts & More member for his/her personal use. Gifts & More cannot derive any rights from the information given on www.inntelhotels.nl.
2.6 Bookings will automatically be registered in a restricted part of www.inntelhotels.nl, which can be accessed via a personal user identification and password. Room bookings can be registered up to 6 months after the arrival date. Inntel Hotels is not obliged to arrange registration of forgotten bookings at any time.
2.7 Inntel Hotels cannot be held accountable for (personal) consequences of participating in the Gifts & More program if this conflicts with the rules and guidelines of the member’s company or employer.
2.8 The right to save points expires as soon as the Gifts & More member is:
1. No longer employed within the company who is under contract with Inntel Hotels.
2. If he or she is no longer a contact person for bookings at Inntel Hotels.
The points of future reservations are also no longer valid when article 2.8.1 and/ or article 2.8.2 are applicable.
Article 3 Membership discontinuation
3.1 A membership account may be closed at the sole discretion of Inntel Hotels if no Gifts & More points are accrued during a twenty-four (24) month period. All Gifts & More points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
3.2 The Gifts & More member may terminate his/her Gifts & More membership at any moment in time. All Gifts & More points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
3.3 The Gifts & More membership, including any reward certificates or any voucher that have been issued to a member may be revoked or suspended at Inntel Hotels’ discretion if accounts have not been settled at any of the participating hotels.
Article 4 Gifts & More Points
4.1 A Gifts & More member is eligible to receive Gifts & More points for his/her bookings in participating hotels at eligible rates (see 4.4).
4.2 The following charges do not qualify for Gifts & More points: all taxes applied to the room rates and all food, beverage and catering or banquet functions, or any other incidentals booked to the guest’s account, parking fees and external rented items.
4.3 Gifts & More points cannot be changed into points for other loyalty program or the other way around.
4.4 Eligible rates for Gifts & More points:

4.5 Gifts & More points will not be earned for a booking made prior to the date the member’s application was processed as shown in the records of Inntel Hotels. No retroactive credit will be given.
4.6 No other person except the Gifts & More member may earn Gifts & More points for his/her account. Gifts & More points claimed by two Gifts & More members will only be awarded to one of them.
4.7 For every Euro spent in eligible rates, the Gifts & More member will receive 5 points. This amount can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.
4.8 Gifts & More points can be redeemed through the online shop for gifts or gift vouchers.
4.9 Gifts & More claims will automatically be registered through www.inntelhotels.nl.
4.10 Inntel Hotels remains entitled to debit the account of a member that has received points as a result of fraud.
4.11 Received Gifts & More points are valid during a period of maximum 2 years.
Article 5 Redeem Gifts & More points
5.1 Gifts & More members can spend Gifts & More points on hotel vouchers or gifts. Both can be purchased online through the restricted section of www.inntelhotels.nl. The rate of exchange will be determined by Inntel Hotels. The rate of exchange can be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Inntel Hotels.
5.2 Gifts ordered through the online shop cannot be returned. Redeemed points will not be refunded.
5.3 Lost, stolen or expired points or vouchers will not be refunded, replaced or extended.
Article 6 Privacy statement
6.1 In order to keep the Gifts & More member apprised of his/her Gifts & More membership state of account, Inntel Hotels will send the Gifts & More member information on the Gifts & More program such as but not limited to periodic statements of the members account, information necessary for administration purposes, marketing materials from Inntel Hotels which will inform the Gifts & More member of special offers and products that Inntel Hotels believes to be of interest to the Gifts & More member.
By participating in the Gifts & More program, the member has consented to receive all of the types of information described above. However, the Gifts & More member may at any time revoke his consent and ‘opt out’ of such mailings and direct marketing activities.
