From October 24, 2026, through January 16, 2027, you can visit the Ice Rink Museumplein in Amsterdam, right in the heart of Museumplein. Every year, the ice rink returns to continue the historic skating tradition of Museumplein and bring visitors together for a fun winter outing.
The ice rink is suitable for all ages: bring your own skates or rent them on-site. The rink is open from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. on weekends. During the Christmas holidays, extended opening hours apply.
After skating, you can warm up at ’t Wak with a hot chocolate, a snack, or a drink.
