On Saturday 13 June, ZaanPride will take place in the centre of Zaandam. It is a festive day celebrating diversity and inclusion. During this event, the LGBTQIA+ community is proudly visible. Everyone is welcome to join in or simply watch.
A key highlight is the colourful rainbow parade through the city centre. In addition, there are performances, DJs, and fun activities at various locations around the city. Visitors can also explore information stands from organisations that promote equality and acceptance.
The event demonstrates that Zaanstad stands for freedom, respect, and being yourself.
