    Yes, please inform us of your requirements when making a reservation, and we will adjust the menu accordingly. We can also cater to halal, kosher, vegetarian, or other dietary needs.

  • Do you collaborate with local partners?

  • Do you offer audiovisual equipment?

    Each meeting room is equipped with standard audiovisual tools, such as a large TV screen or projector with screen, microphones, and a flip chart. If you need additional or specialized equipment, we will gladly arrange it through our technical partner.

  • Is a deposit or security required?

    When booking an event, we require a deposit. The full payment is made in two installments, with the final payment due no later than one month before the event.

  • Is exclusivity possible for my group or meeting?

    Exclusivity is possible, depending on the room and package. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

  • Is technical support available during a meeting?

    Our staff is happy to assist you with the use of the equipment. When renting additional equipment, we provide instructions, and our technical support remains available during the event.

  • Is the hotel easy to reach by public transportation?

    No, bringing your own catering is not allowed. We offer a carefully composed menu and can accommodate dietary preferences.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    We apply the cancellation conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN). These can be found on their website and in our quotations.

  • What is the capacity of the rooms?

    Our Boardroom is ideal for a party of up to 15 people.

  • Where can I park my car?

    You can park at parking garage Hoog Catharijne P4. By reserving a parking ticket online in advance, you can park at a reduced rate.

  • Is there secure wifi available?

    There is a public wifi network available. For special requests or additional security, we can discuss further options.
